Choon brings over 15 years of senior experience across MBB consulting (McKinsey & Company), global technology at scale (Expedia Group), Big Four advisory (Deloitte Consulting, Accenture), and private equity operational leadership (Dymon Asia Private Equity). He has served as an Operating Partner at a leading Southeast Asian private equity firm, holding Board and EXCO seats across portfolio companies under his stewardship.

His work spans operational excellence, commercial value creation, HR transformation, post-merger integration, and AI / Industry 4.0 deployment — consistently translating strategic intent into measurable EBITDA outcomes across complex, multi-site, multi-country engagements in Southeast Asia and globally.

He has led transformation programs achieving P&L improvements from $28M to $750M across industrials, semiconductors, consumer goods, retail, logistics, and technology sectors. He has also led implementation of AI-powered use-cases across portfolio companies, and the deployment across regional manufacturers of the EDB-McKinsey Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) tool.
